In the wake of the destructive tornado that struck Springfield, Tennessee, on December 9, 2023, Anemoi Incident Response has mobilized its team to provide immediate assistance to affected residents. The tornado left a trail of destruction, causing widespread damage to homes, infrastructure, and roads.

As you can see by the status of things in the pictures below, this community suffered significant damage, December 9, 2023. It takes a LOT of resources to help them pick up the pieces. In these situations, we typically focus on two main things right from the start:

-Clearing debris and making roads passable.

We are working to keep the chainsaws gassed up and running. But it takes money to purchase fuel, chainsaw chains, blades… We use our own money and equipment, but these “disposables” can really add up, and DONOR DOLLARS HELP!

-The rebuilding process.

With the scale of destruction, there is an urgent need for additional resources to ensure that the residents of Springfield can rebuild and restore their lives.
